Biological Chemistry: Oligosaccharides
This high-mannose nonasaccharide structure was generated by a Molecular
Dynamics simulation using MacroModel's continuum solvent model. This is much faster than using an explicit water model, which is better done using Sybyl or
Cerius2, but may
be sufficiently accurate for many purposes. An example
of an explicit solvent model is available. The structure was visualised using
Eadfrith.
